This apprenticeship is focused on practical improvement activity in live manufacturing environments, helping apprentices develop the skills to identify waste, improve efficiency, support quality and add value from day one.
Whether you are looking to upskill existing employees or bring in new talent, this programme offers a structured, practical approach to developing future capability in your business.
The programme is built around the new MEGA Lean Learning Factory and has been designed by industry, for industry.
We are now inviting employers to become part of the first cohort launching in September 2026.
