📣 Social Media Marketing Grants
• Up to 15 grants of $500 each
• For paid ads running in June + July
• Midtown will run the ads through Meta Business Suite on behalf of selected businesses
• Applications open May 1 | Deadline May 15
🌟 Midtown Community Project Grant – Summer 2026
• 10 Direct Support Grants of $1,500 each
• Supports community-centered activations and events June 1–July 31
• Applications open May 1 | Deadline May 15
🏗️ Facade Improvement Grants
• Matching grants available up to $5,000
• 50/50 match required
• Projects must be completed by June 14
• Improvements must be within the public right-of-way

Rooted in family history, cultural memory, and personal reflection, her design turns the iconic MIDTOWN letters into a vibrant tribute to heritage, resilience, and the layered experience of being Tex-Asian in Houston—full of details worth seeing up close.
Asian American and Pacific Islander Heritage Month is celebrated every May to honor the history, culture, and contributions of Asian Americans, Native Hawaiians, and Pacific Islanders in the United States.

In celebration of Juneteenth, Roots to Rhythm honors the African Diaspora through live music and cultural expression, highlighting the rhythms, sounds, and stories that have shaped Black music traditions across generations.
Expect live DJs 🎧, artist performances 🎤, giveaways 🎁, food trucks , a SLAB car exhibition, and Pop Shop America on site with interactive activations for an evening rooted in culture, community, and celebration.
