We couldn't have asked for a better turnout or better vibes at our grand reopening on Saturday. It was so nice to see so many familiar and new faces in our new space and in MetroEast Community Media's amazing studio. We want to thank every artist who graced the evening with their music and every friend of Midschool who came through to support us and say hello. We're so glad to be back! Meet Midschool. We are a non-profit music production and beatmaking school serving East Portland and Gresham. Our mission is to provide our community with high quality instruction, state-of-the-art equipment and software, and a community of musicians of all backgrounds and interests—without financial barriers. Our 5-Week Music Production Course is only $99 for the entire five weeks. Students develop from beginners to capable music producers in just over a month. For over six years, we have had the honor of teaching so many people from all walks of life how to make their music—it's our passion.
