Tuning Golden Rules:
1) Every time you tune a snare it’s important to find a sweet spot in relation with how loose or tight the button head snares are.
2) These are just tools that are meant to be explored. There are no wrong answers. There is only laziness in not learning the tool.
3) There’s a relationship between the sound of the drums, the room, the dynamics of the drummer, the type of microphones and the way that compression behaves to bring it all together.
4) Rules are meant to be broken in order to acquire your own taste and workflow.
