And that comes at a cost.
Because when something breaks (and it will), you won’t know:
• what went wrong
• where it went wrong
• or how to fix it
Real scaling starts differently.
It starts with:
✨ Understanding the process
✨ Testing what works
✨ Refining what doesn’t
Only then can you confidently double down, systemise and delegate with clarity
Delegation should be a multiplier — not a mask for what you haven’t yet mastered.
