It’s no secret, we love coffee. But we also love design, and that spark that comes from creating something fresh and exciting.
When it came to our retail packaging, we’d been itching to shake things up for a while. So naturally, we hit up our dude @scottallenhill and together with @christianrobn they brought our vision into full 3D reality.
Burstin with thoughtful, tangible details, the new box adds a fresh, fun twist to the lineup. Inside, the resealable bag nods to the roots of our design, familiar, functional, and still doing what it does best. And of course, it’s filled with beautifully sourced, thoughtfully produced, expertly roasted coffee.
All so you can have wayyyy more fun—and brew wayyyy more coffee.

It is with the heaviest of hearts that we bid our beloved @zacharylindsay farewell.
Zach, you have been such a driving force behind what MiddleState is, and has become over the years. To say you have been, and always will be MSC family is an understatement. Your unique eye, passion, and position for so many things is unmatched.
Whether it be photography, design, improving productivity, human relations, or your unrelenting sarcasm and quick wit, you attack everything you do with passion and purpose. Your work ethic will take you to far places, but your genuine friendship to all of us is what has made the love real.
We are so excited for your and @heathermckernan next chapter out west, and feel so lucky to still have you involved in some capacity with us. (Zach will continue to run our social media program)
If you know Zach, please stop by the roastery the next few days and say your goodbyes to this amazing creature.

In case you’ve been wondering—our pastry provider @reunionbread is in the middle of moving locations, and the city of Denver has made things tuffff. No surprise there

Espresso Paloma?? Yeah, you heard that right… we’re slinging one of the most delicious drinks known to humankind.
Our Espresso Paloma is espresso poured over the @sipstrongwater NA Paloma, finished with spiced bitters for garnish.
Perfect for a lazy Saturday coffee run.
Next up on our seasonal menu feature is the Funeral Bouquet Latte — a fuego mix of lavender, rose, hibiscus, and lemongrass, a flavor combo that will crush and grind your taste buds into tiny pieces, then blasts them into oblivion.
Our new seasonal menu has dropped for spring, and you guys are going to love the way it looks, I guarantee it.
The first drink we’re highlighting is the Tropical Tonic 3.0: an espresso tonic with passionfruit, pink guava, and a one-way ticket to flavor town. Perf drink for a wonderful sunny day
