A brilliant cookery demo this morning with @imrun.texeira 👨🍳 and host @seed.eat.repeat at Bar Mordecai 🍸
Chef Imrun brings over 15 years of experience at the highest levels of global gastronomy, including time at Noma, as well as appearances on Top Chef Canada and Chopped Canada 📺
Bar Mordecai co-owner @christinaveira also shared the inspiring journey behind building the venue into the standout success it is today 🏆
Beyond the kitchen, Imrun is also the Chief Canadian Ambassador for The Burnt Chef Project, where he is helping to challenge the traditional “rockstar chef” narrative and promote more sustainable, long-term models of performance and wellbeing in hospitality 🌱
