✨️Flowasis Coordinator tings✨️
Foreword, this post is gonna be a long one lmao
Hey ya'll, so I usually use this page for all things Turntablism/Music related things for my own project, but as some of you have heard I was reached out to by
@hydrophonicfest to be the lead coordinator and stage manager for the Flowasis stage at this years festivities, so with that felt like it may be good to give a little background 💗
My name is Ronin Lee, long time Skilltoy Enthusiast and Flow artist, Founder/Manager of
@lowfrequencyoperations and major goofball with a love for all things fun ✨️
I was introduced to the world of Props from my pops
@sircus at the age of 8 years old (a whole 18 years ago) with the Yo-yo, where I performed competitively and for fun consistently for about 5 years as well as hosted the 97Yo-yo Club here in Grand Junction, CO. For over 10+ years working with the local school districts and libraries as well as hosting our own weekly club, every Sunday from 11am-1pm where I found my passion and strengths in being a Skilltoy instructor for all ages.
Down the road, I eventually picked up the Kendama and Poi as my preffered props of choice, and eventually built my own curriculum for teaching History, Theory and fundamentals within the Skilltoys I know, which i am elated to bring to this amazing first year festival among so many other talented flowmies and peers within the community that are building something very special for you all 💗
Attatched are photos spanning from 2009-2017 of the local clubs, instruction and fun moments involving my talented dad and I!
Very excited to keep the dream alive, and dont forget!
Fun is fun 💗🪀
