@thegymstream loading 88% 2015 - 2026 Our beliefs shape our identity, our identity shapes our habits, and our habits shape our results. One of the hardest things I’ve ever had to do was face my own mind. That’s what shadow work does… it forces you to challenge the version of you that was built to survive. But if survival built you who do become when you finally have the choice to live. I’ve been asked what I’d say to my younger self so many times and I’ve realised it’s not just a simple answer, it’s a conversation. Sometimes you have to grow into who you are to realise who you have always been. But if you could say one thing to the younger version of you what would it be? (Let me know in the comment section)

You can’t warm up slow and expect your heavy deadlift to suddenly move fast. Every warm-up rep is teaching your body how to pull. Most people only try to move explosively once the weight gets heavy but by then, your body’s already locked into a slower tempo. Train the speed before the weight gets heavy. Because speed creates power and power moves weight. Follow @thegymstream coming soon for more Performance based Education 📝 Do you actually pull your warm-ups explosively? @thegymstream 75% COMPLETE ⏳ After grief. After loss. After injury I made a promise to myself… I will never be that low again. There are times in my life where I’ve had nothing, the only thing I had to get my mind right was the gym. And somehow, that was enough to rebuild me every single time. Same cycle. Over and over. And I truly believe God will keep putting you through it until you learn the lesson. Well I’ve learned. I’ve earned my stripes. I’ve put the work in. Now it’s time to stop waiting to be chosen… and create my own lane. I grew up on a council estate community, guidance, people pouring knowledge into you without asking for anything back. That’s how I learned bodybuilding I’m 25 years deep and imstill learning. I didn’t have money… I had access to the right people. And it showed. Yeah, I had to invest later to level up but the first step is the right guidance from someone they can trust. Now everything’s noisy. Everyone’s an expert. Science, trends, opinion the next generation don’t know who to listen to anymore. That’s why I’m building this. THE GYMSTREAM Not just content… education. Not just training… understanding. Not just me… a platform that gives back. This is the first of its kind. And trust me this is just the beginning. They didn’t believe in us. God did Phil 4:13 Big love to those who’ve been part of the journey. @through.reeces.eyes always a solid friend, always supporting, always seeing the vision. My team @corey_ma_campbell and @simbert16 real ones who’ve been locked in filming the Documentary and supporting the vision from the ground up. @thewealthymomofficial for mental support, encouragement and helping me restore my relationship with God. And respect to @unitygymconsultancy exceptional service, flawless delivery, and truly top-tier equipment. Real professionals. Follow the page. Stay locked in. This is about to change everything. Peace & love to everyone already supporting ❤️

This is what’s causing your plateau 1. You’re only lifting heavy Heavy singles are needed… but doing them all the time will stall you. 2. You’re not building muscle If you’re not gaining size, your strength has nowhere to go. 3. You’re not structuring your training Random heavy sessions won’t progress. You need both heavy work and volume work planned. 4. Your recovery doesn’t match your training If you’re not recovering, you’re not adapting. 5. You’re carrying fatigue week to week No deloads, no reset… just burnout. Follow @thegymstream Daily Education starts May 2026
