Our next guest chef Michela Laccabue steps into the kitchen next week!
A Brooklyn-based chef with roots in Northern California, she spent the last few years working in New York restaurants, most recently as Sous Chef at Lilia.
For this menu, Chef Michela is leaning into early spring: the first greens, handmade pasta, and homemade focaccia coming out of the oven all night. It’s ingredient-driven, unfussy, and very much our speed.
