Dear friends: I shall release a single this Friday the 13th to those on my email route, which recently surpassed 100 members. The fact that 100 people would voluntarily listen to my goofy side-project tunes is pretty fun, so thanks to ‘em. I also just genuinely enjoy email as a mode of sharing in music. Hail Boognish 🙏🏻 I’m excited to perform in “The Cleveland Brown: A Tribute to Ween” on Saturday, Jan. 17 at @beachlandcle with Cory Grinder, Anthony Papaleo and Jeremy McCabe. Ween is responsible for some of the weirdest and funnest music I’ve ever heard, so getting to dive into their catalog has been a treat. I’m told presale is doing well, so get tix while ya can!

Our dearest Cliff left this earthly plane last night peacefully and purring. He was my best friend for about 17 years, joined unto me as a tiny trash-dwelling kitten when I was barely still a teenager. Together, we grew into our respective versions of men, through all the aches and pains offered, and seemingly with a certain, unexplainable telepathy. I never viewed Cliff as pet nor property; he was an equal member of the family who just needed help with stuff. He reciprocated through sheer loyalty and quirkiness, as well as extreme prowess in the field of pest management – peak cat energy at all times. He was the best and funniest guy, who gave my life such great purpose. I feel a big part of me has also died, but lucky to have had him at all. I’ll see ya on other side, chief 💔
