It’s been a while since I posted one of my paintings. Today I am very grateful for this one and the collector that bought it. #SOLD
“Holding on” 36x48”
This was in an art show in Feb 2020 right before the pandemic happened and remained hanging till lock down ended. Everything is different now.
Like how the forms in this painting overlap and meld which each other, I learned when and how to bend, and when to hold firm.
Though the years were hard, I feel that I have grown and evolved faster than any time in my life.
It’s about that time again.. Deadlines are coming up for fairs and commissions.
I have large works for sale @pifatoronto and for smaller works dm me. Commissions are closed till May 2023.

Becoming. The idea of coming into yourself, and your power has always been so interesting to me.
Simultaneously being who you are, who you were and what you could or will be. As time goes on, you uncover more of yourself.
I relate this a lot to my collage process. There are many decisions I am in control of, but the end result isn’t fully up to me. It’s all in the process.
