Michelle van Dijk @michellevdijk is a Dutch-born, South African–bred photographer and visual artist whose practice explores nature, ritual, and narrative. Her work is rooted in reverence for the land, a deep engagement with spirit, and the power of intentionality.
Elemental Rebirth traces blood as both origin and continuity, a current that binds all life across generations. At once wound and remedy, mortality and renewal, blood is evoked here as a permanent ink, inscribing every body with the memory of creation.

Since 2017 Brazil has been a source of inspiration. The land where I found myself spiritually, where my creativity blossomed. I have so much to give thanks for, to this magical country and its people.
