Daddy O getting his groove on! This is the clearest Iv ever heard him sing let alone the clearest and sound minded he’s been Sense I met him in ‘96 Harry surrended and went to palm desert on September 27 to live in a clean and sober living. He goes to out patient and meeting daily. I have been over twice to see him and witness the transformation. His eyes are the clearest iv ever seen. It’s Amazing! He not only found the help he needed he found a sober family, brothers,sisters a Sponcer and a fellowship of people just like him seeking the same solution. Sobriety! He had his first clean Drug test come back on October 5th. That is the date he choose for his clean time. 1 month 9 days clean from all substances. I couldn’t be more proud of this man for his willingness and commitment to himself and a higher power. For the desire, willingness and action he is taking to be present in our lives again. Not just his kids, family and grandson but the community of Hanalei! My lesson in all of this was never loose hope! I personally never saw this coming. I thought we would get a call or find him overdosed and dead at one of his 3 homeless camps he lived at. So what I’m saying is if you have someone in your family that you lost hope in…Don’t. Continue to love them show them compassion. Drop diamonds in there path let them know that there is help and when they ask take immediate action to get it for them before they change there mind. This is His story his journey his recovery his love for his family and the ones who planted the seeds and made this Shift happen. I am eternally grateful for all of you!!!! You know who you are.
