Radical vulnerability creates space.
Space for clarity. Space for better relationships. Space for being fully human.
Especially in an industry where designers are often objectified, positioned as brands, and not treated like real people.
Vulnerability is not weakness. It is leadership with skin in the game.

We love it when a client geeks out over good design as much as we do. Sooooo I sent these clips to a client who’s considering renovating her kitchen….🫣 It was still under construction when we were invited, but well worth the hard hat tour. The new @sksappliances showroom in @themartchicago delivered dream appliances for the multitasking at-home chefs, those needing small space solutions and design lovers alike! Every new introduction was type-A, overachiever, “where have you been all my life”-GOOD. So good that once the bread you’ve been monitoring via your smart phone is fully risen, the oven’s built-in AI camera sends you a timelapse video of the bake to post for content. 🤯
