This is how I train.
I found that in order for a natural athlete to have the best advantage of gaining ones best. A focus on increasing strength and power, using certain methods, improved the opportunity to increase hypertrophy sets faster and more effectively.
This culminated in the researched and practised methods I now use today. I took the best from the best and became the ultimate guinea pig. Achieving the most optimum physique I could naturally. I have now had the opportunity to pass this knowledge onto countless others around the world.
Essentially, I combine the strength method, speed strength method, and body building principles. Simultaniously to maintain an anabolic state, I utilise wave periodisation and supercompensation to give us the best advantage to perform, grow, and recover.
Keeping fit and functional is also a core aspect when thinking about longevity. So, understanding the importance of using all of our energy systems effectively should be of great consideration. Mechanics is key, consistency it king and Intensity equates to growth and your proof of performance.

My thoughts..
We are all equal, and we all share the same destination. No one on this planet has everything together. There is no one who is perfect. Albeit, the playing field can favour others, depending on the hand you're delt.
However, It is my belief that, ultimately, it's your own responsibility to do the very best with what you have. Why not mould yourself with discipline, knowledge, and action. Become the ultimate version of you. After all, you are your own Playr1! 👊
Before my girls, I was aimlessly lost in my own ego and sense of self. Chasing quick thrills, with weak routine and discipline. I was lucky, though. Due to circumstances, I was able to awaken.
Now, with confidence, and after building myself, brick by brick. It is safe to say I have achieved my ultimate physique and steadfast mentality. This has been a launch pad for me to also become extremely successful professionally.
I studied long hours and put in to practice what I learnt over time. Becoming the ultimate powerbuilder and conditioning expert.
Along the way, this action creeped into every aspect of my life. I became a better provider, protector, and parent of my children. How you treat yourself will reflect on how you treat others.
I love having this opportunity to impart my knowledge, discipline, and motivation to you all.

Following through on the promises you make to yourself is by far one of the most fulfilling attributes one can have. It starts with a thought and ends with action. A good place to start is in the micro daily promises, for example:
- I'm training today. So train.
- I'm eating this today. So eat it.
- I'm completing this work today, So do it.
Then work towards the macro. I will achieve this over 3 months, I will look like this over 1 year etc.

Not a paid promo. I started NMN and Resveratrol 14 weeks ago and as promised here's my update - My hair has become thicker and there has been a definite decrease in the definition of the lines on my face. (Fyi confirmed by my GF).

Disclaimer, yes there are times where slow and controlled movements could be used to develope mechanics etc. Or for sport specific prep.
