It’s publication day in the Uk and Ireland for our new book sweet seasons, it so nice to be here and celebrate sweet seasons whilst we are in the UK. Our next event is a pop up @ericslondon in London where we will bake form the book, and collaborate on a few surprises and bake sourdough breads together on Sunday 29th September from 10am.

I’m getting a lot of questions on these books at the moment. The one on the left is the original hardback version. That is now sadly out of print and going for a decent sum online 🤷🏻♂️ . Mother’s Day brunch for all the mothers and grandmothers in the family. These Portuguese Tarts were part of the sweet stage of the brunch and they were a total hit. Recipe thanks to @michaeljamesbakes The custard in cooked with lemon peel and cinnamon giving it a delicious depth of flavour. Definitely worth doing again for a large gathering. Happy Mother’s Day!!!
