tour dump, week 2 🚐 having had the best time with our sweet friends in LA, we got to share a line up with one of our all time besties @emilyshearman who played a beauuutiful set with @leahcapelle 🙌 and regardless of our struggles with silly sound difficulties (aka faulty keyboard pedal), twas one of the most special nights of tour so far 💛 then: a few days in San Diego with Michael’s rockstar aunt Patty and a joyful reunion with our fave @lisa_frare who literally drove down the whole California coast to bring our “Wild Child” vinyls to us, which had arrived too late for us to take them on tour with us (so generous of her, serendipitous, ridiculously wonderful). from there we left the West Coast and made a stop in Vegas for a lovely living room concert before driving through basically the whole country. last couple days consisted of endless highways through the middle of nowhere, podcasts, the new @spaceykacey album, phone calls to catch up with family, and scheming our next single releases. arrived in Nashville last night and very excited for our concert tonight 💛🦜 next 6 weeks are INSANELY busy, concerts almost every night. wish us luck… can’t wait to see you at one of these shows 😘 #tourlife #lifeontheroad #nomad #troubadour #fyp #singersongwriters #vanlife

Happy Earth Day 🌎 It feels fitting to set out on our next big adventure today. Every aspect of Lonely Parrots is inspired by our beautiful planet. When we reconnected in 2021 we realized our shared joy for all things nature. Spending time in the woods, wandering trails in Marin and eventually bringing a guitar to our favorite beach is how all of this started. Our first project Wild Child was an entire EP of covers dedicated to Earth!! It really is incredible how resilient she is in spite of everything our silly little species puts her through.
