I haven’t been happy that I can’t lift weights cause that’s my preferred way to workout but again I have given myself an excuse to fall apart. I’m in terrible condition and shape and this is the time that I need to pay attention to my health the most. So as I get closer to 61, without the ability to lift weights, let’s see what I can do… And I promise not to rub myself with oil again - at least not on camera 🤣😉

I’ve been training to maintain and stay in good condition for a while now. I was not using my arms to help push the weight up. I was vainly feeling the separation in my quads as the muscle worked. It’s a satisfying sensation 🤷🏾♂️😏

NEVER lock your legs (knees) on this machine 😩. And even though I have a very slight bounce on some of these reps I wouldn’t suggest you do that either on the leg press! No matter what weight you use. Now get to the gym and move weight!
