Some seasons donât come with clear instructions.
Things may feel unfamiliar.
Delayed.
Uncomfortable.
Unlike the version of life you imagined.
But unfamiliar doesnât always mean wrong.
Sometimes God restores before He redirects.
Sometimes peace comes before understanding.
Sometimes transition is evidence that something deeper is being rebuilt.
If youâre in a season of becoming, I pray you move through it with grace, faith, and the reminder that God is still present here too.
What season are you navigating right now?

One thing Iâm learning in this season is that timelines donât account for healing, growth, obedience, or the work God is doing internally.

Iâm sitting on my Motherâs Day gift đ¤âď¸đď¸đ¸ đđž
I truly love the intention behind it all⌠the tea set, the biscuits, the flowers. My husband knows how much Healing Tea means to me, and his support has been such a quiet reminder of Godâs goodness and thoughtfulness in this season.
At some point, I had mentioned how much Iâd love to eventually have guests on the podcast âşď¸ Thank you so much, my love. May God increase and strengthen you on every side, amen!
I guess I have some rearranging to do đ but for now, you all will be getting solo episodes.
Healing Tea guest episodes might officially be loading đ¤â¨
I speak over my home and everyone who will see this post, that you will partake of the promises of God and the blessings of God that make rich and add no sorrow. I pray the same goodness and intentionality of God finds you too.
It will be easy for you. I decree and declare this season will be easy for you. Marriage will be easy for you. Marriage will be sweet for you in the Name of Jesus Christ, Amen đ¤

Anna Jarvis, the woman known as the âMother of Motherâs Dayâ never had children of her ownâŚTHAT makes the story even more powerful.
Motherhood isnât only biological. Sometimes itâs the people who nurture, sacrifice, advocate, pray, protect, pour out love, and carry the burden of others.
Anna Jarvis created Motherâs Day to honor her own motherâs impact and legacy after her passing. It reminds us that a womanâs ability to nurture, influence, and leave a legacy is not limited to whether she gave birth.
Some women mother through mentorship.
Some through caregiving.
Some through community.
Some through love.
Honoring the strength, sacrifice, and grace of every mother đ¤
Seen or unseen, your love leaves a legacy.
Happy Motherâs Day.

This season has been reminding me that before every role, title, expectation, or responsibility⌠I was first called daughter - Abbaâs beloved. đ¸đžđ¤đĽ°đđž
And beneath it all is simply a daughter who wants to rest in her Fatherâs bosom. đ
âSee what great love the Father has lavished on us, that we should be called children of GodâŚâ
Iâm not sure if Iâve ever actually sat in my momâs lap before. Maybe I did as a child, but I donât remember it.
Yesterday, I sat in her lap, and honestly⌠it healed something in me.
She wrapped her arms around me, and it felt like the kind of deep hug I didnât realize I needed. And it reminded me that no matter how grown you are, how independent you become, or even how much life changes, there are some parts of you that will always need the comfort of your parents. đ¤
âMama na 1. 2 nor dey.â
Translation: A mother is irreplaceable.
As Iâve gotten older, Iâve realized that relationships evolve. Perspectives change. Hearts soften. And sometimes healing happens quietly through small, intentional moments that may seem simple to everyone else, but mean a lot to you.
My mom and I are still learning each other.
Still growing.
Still learning how to communicate, understand one another, and love each other intentionally through different seasons of life.
And honestly⌠Iâm grateful for that.
The Bible doesnât condition honor on perfection. It doesnât say honor your parents only when the relationship is easy or flawless. It simply says, âHonor your father and mother.â
And over time, Iâve come to understand the wisdom in that more deeply.
Iâm learning that honor is not about pretending people are flawless. Itâs about choosing grace, wisdom, understanding, and love without allowing bitterness to take root in your heart.
Sheâs prayed through battles, carried more than I probably realize, and loved in the ways she knew how. Today, I honor both the strength and the sacrifice.
This season has taught me that healing sometimes looks like:
trying again, choosing softness, extending grace, and appreciating the people God gave you while you still can.
And to anyone navigating grief, distance, or celebrating Motherâs Day without their mom this year, I pray you experience comfort, grace, and Godâs presence in the ways you need most. đŤ
I thank God for growth, grace, and the ability to keep trying again.
Day 30. We made it đ¤
âLet your light shine before others, that they may see your good works and glorify your Father in heaven.â â Matthew 5:16
Momentum becomes breakthroughâŚ
thatâs the part we donât always see.
The small steps matter.
The consistency matters.
The quiet growth no one sees⌠it matters.
Because one day, things will start aligning, and it wonât be random.
It will be the result of everything built in your unseen season.
So no, youâre not stagnant.
Youâre moving.
And if you stay consistent,
that movement will turn into breakthrough.
We made it. â Healing Tea

You can function⌠and still not be healed.
You can stay busy, stay strong, even pray and still be carrying what God wants to restore.
