I was fortunate to visit this hidden gem of an apartment designed by a young, 25 year-old, Osvaldo Borsani (also the designer of the iconic Villa Borsani ). Located behind the discreet façade of the Palazzo Olivazzi in the heart of Milan, it was once the residence of the Countess Clara Maffei and hub of intellectual life during Italy’s Risorgimento. It remains a rare, untouched expression of Borsani’s holistic design vision and Italian Modernism. #michaelaiduss
