Michaela Bosch is a New York-based make-up artist. Balancing bold editorial ideas with a human touch, her distinctive style is informed by her interest in art history and her studies in the practice of printmaking. Since establishing herself as an artist in 2020, Bosch has quickly become one of beauty’s most imaginative new forces, with her expressive work appearing on the covers of Vogue France, Pop Magazine, The Face, and i-D, and in campaigns for clients such as PRISCAVera and Christopher John Rogers. Always human in her approach, Bosch is equally inspired by the energy of the subjects she encounters every week on set. “Getting that close to someone, you read their energy. It’s really an exchange.”
