🚨 NAME CHANGE ANNOUNCEMENT 🚨
After 4 years, Pop Culture, has officially decided to change our name to The New Service. This announcement might come as a surprise, but this past year has been one of significant change and growth. Between lineup changes, writing new material, and shelving older tunes, we felt that it was time to shed the old name and start with something fresh.
We’ve taken the past couple of months to reflect on our next steps, and we’re excited to hit the stage again in 2026, this time as a 4 piece. Our new lineup consists of @foster_valle on bass, @mike_wolfe01 on guitar, @michael.boccuzzi on keys, and @d_o_m_c on drums. We’ve been jamming in our new studio space - taking the time to write new material, refine some older tunes, and bring fresh covers into our repertoire.
We’re extremely grateful for the folks that have been a part of the Pop Culture family, and we are looking forward to including them in our projects going forward. Thank you to everyone who’s supported us over the past 4 years as Pop Culture, and we hope you continue to enjoy what we do as The New Service. See you in 2026!
