"Boris set sail on a musical journey and exploration as a child through his
older brothers who implemented love and soul into his musical horizons.
His passion for music grew, and restless digging for sounds which spark
emotion began. One thing led to another - he found himself behind the
decks doing warm-up gigs at Masters Club Zagreb and Epic Club Osijek
for two crews, CASA and CYCLE. Those crews played a vital role, shaping
up his vision of club culture and the history of house and disco music.
Apart from club oriented tunes, there was an urge to explore a wider spectrum of music. Collecting records and endlessly digging through digital archives containing all sorts of obscure, soulful, and emotional bits and pieces of music made that happen. Nowadays, apart from working as a graphic designer, Boris is holding a residency at Manual Club Rijeka, and also hosts his own event named "Svakober" with like-minded people (Bar Botanicar iz Zagreb) that is inspired by listening bar culture, world music, jazz, downtempo, soul and everything in between. Bringing out smiles, making bodies move and sharing knowledge in this ever growing community in his passion and will stay so for a long time to come."
