Last week was very exciting! Delivered our little tubs to a new stockist, Gun Brewery & Taproom in Heathfield (🍺🍕🍦
Took delivery of 1000 cardboard boxes 📦
It marks a big turning point for the business! Previously I had been delivering ice creams in random quantities but as things get busier better processes are now in place, all ready to fulfil large orders!! 🥳

🍨🌿Our two newest additions are here! Mint Chocolate Stracciatella and Salted Caramel ice cream. Our mint chocolate is made using 100% organic peppermint oil and delicious @j_cocoa chocolate. Our handmade salted caramel is blended into our French style custard base for a sweet and salty buttery ice cream. Completely UPFs free 😇😇😇😇😇

It’s taken a while to get used to this super speedy machine but I’m getting into a rhythm and it really is a game changer!
This week it churned an order within 3 hours that would have taken me at least 8 hours before (and the texture is soooooo smooth) what a joy! I can’t wait to start ramping up production for Christmas orders beginning next week (plus 2 new flavours on the way 👀)
New ice creams from the new kitchen 🍨 It’s been such a fun month settling into Miall’s HQ 😍
One of my favourite parts of running an ice cream business is recipe development and this month I’ve been working with the chefs at Tyler’s Ground to create seasonal flavours for their menu! Early October brought spiced pumpkin, honey & sea salt, and brown butter ice creams.
This week’s trio: cinnamon, burnt apple, and honey & sea salt 😋 I’ve also been developing two new flavours for our retail tubs, coming soon! 😍
🥳 The new Miall’s HQ is ready to rock and roll! Very excited about this new chapter! Food hygiene inspection all done and I’ve finally got to grips with the super snazzy proper ice cream machine (I accidentally made some butter in the first week 🧈😬). Now the ice creams are even better than before, so smooth and delicious 🎉 The website is back up and running for deliveries and collections too 🍨🍨🍨🚗 Here we go!
