Last year I was at my desk working on customs for The Mandalorian S2 before heading to bed.
Instead of sleeping, I had to quickly grab a 5am flight across the US for the first time in my life. A few days later, I was on a transport ship with Obi-Wan Kenobi fleeing Jabiim.

Revenge of the Sith changed my life forever at 7 years old. To have the privilege of being even a small part of its direct follow-up series was a major full circle moment.
After waiting over a year, I finally made my character in LEGO as a fully painted custom this past week. He’s just about done. Can’t even begin to tell you how weird that has been lol
I do have a backstory for him, and I think his first name is Ruiz. Any ideas for the last name would be appreciated 🙈

Everyone who worked on this were all amazing. We were like one huge family. Some of the kindest people I’ve met, and we were all just so thrilled to be there.
This adventure was the craziest moment in my life. Will always be grateful to everyone who made this possible and I will never forget it.

I’ll never forget the first teaser reveal at SDCC 2017, or the first version shown to the world that holiday season. Watching it in IMAX was unbelievable to finally see 🔥
Got started on the LEGO customs 5 months in advance. I had been ready for well over 3 years. Between shakeups in personal life, to Marvel Studios moving the release date up by 2 weeks, reviewing all of LEGO’s official sets early, or even having to move in April too - those months spent working on the showcase were wild. It all ended with a rigorous shoot and one final sleepless night editing 📸 🖌️
I genuinely don’t know if there will ever be a moment like it again. Wanted to do something special to celebrate (in my opinion) the greatest event film of all time.

Nothing crazy—it literally just sits on an old hard drive in my desk lol. Eventually I gotta upgrade this thing!
Like half the minifigs here are from @firestartoys along with my original painted Defenders customs from 2017. Got the @chipchipcustom Punisher in there again too. Spidey is still the same NWH variant from @lifedady1989
Wish LEGO would release a small Daredevil-themed set of the Nelson, Murdock & Page office or something
Gotta add some AVTF and other Born Again characters somehow.
That finale was crazy and unbelievably rewarding as a fan since this started in 2015. Created a number of plot holes though

Super cool new LEGO Defenders bootlegs w/ the iconic Iron Fist mask pieces we’ve never gotten before.
Wasn’t even going to make this video but they just looked great after touching up the paint a bit. The rest are really just for parts.
This was especially kind of exciting now with these guys finally returning in Daredevil Born Again S3 next year

Super quick/easy custom LEGO Daredevil Born Again S2 suit made in 2.5 hours. Used one of the new bootleg bodies, @firestartoys helmet + head w/ some extra accessories.
Got too antsy not having the new suit in the collection yet! Didn’t want to wait anymore but also not super interested in selling one of my kidneys on a reseller site when I could just do this.
Obviously not reflective of what an actual custom of this suit would look like from me. This is was just a quick fun thing.
Not even calling this one a half custom. Turned out great for what it is but it feels like a microwaved custom LOL

Quick little update on my printed set of the F4. Got tired of looking at my mostly bootleg versions so decided to switch it up.
As cool as it would be to blow $500+ on the higher-end pad printed versions—at that point I’d just make them myself.
Although painting the F4 (especially the MCU variants) are daunting because of how bad the repetition would be. Can’t stand painting the same thing over and over.
Anyway, just using @firestartoys pad printed upgrade kit here and one of their Dr. Strange hairs painted up quick. Got their new H.E.R.B.I.E. recently too which inspired this post. Nothing super crazy complicated. Pretty cool how much you can do with the F4 at very little cost thanks to the wide variety of options out there now.
Reed’s face is again lifted from @phoenixcustomsllc ’s Mando expansion pack. Ben Grimm uses LEGO’s head, a bootleg body w/ painted hands, and again the leg upgrade from @firestartoys
Neck cuffs are from @avfigures just painted quick by me 🫡
Oh and the little Franklin nugget fig is also a bootleg and I just fixed up the eyes.

LEGO Multiverse Saga setup! Quick display I tossed together because I didn’t have anywhere else for these characters to go but I really wanted them displayed! Any recommendations for who I should add/change? 🤔
Obviously a lot of bootlegs and makeshift figs in here. As cool as blowing $90-$170 on literally every character and as a premium printed minifig sounds…I opt to be pretty selective lol
This is just an empty space on an old junk shelf that I wanted to throw an easy setup on. Not actually meant to be comprehensive or like all-encompassing of the Multiverse Saga. Plenty of characters/variants in here that didn’t even appear in the Multiverse Saga anyway
