here’s some tips to help balance out your flow…
1 - SCHEDULING - time and place for everything, with calculated time and placement of your grind, you can effectively stretch the focus in every given day amongst numerous tasks - conquering multiple grounds but at a steady pace is better than conquering too much ground with no control -
2 - KNOW YOUR LIMIT - know your max, but dont undercut your potential - know what tasks to leave and what tasks to take on, this is where decision making comes into play but with practice of healthy decision making - this will become easier to accomplish with time -
3 - UNDERSTANDING THE GRIND - nothing comes easy, know there must be a grind in motion, once you catch momentum and sort your flow, the world is yours - never give up and utilize your time appropriately if you wanna see things through - YOU GOT THIS
