Exciting progress at Transbay Block 2 in San Francisco's East Cut neighborhood! Just five months after breaking ground, construction is advancing on two affordable housing project. MEYERS+ is collaborating with @kennerlyarchitecture on Transbay Block 2 East: A 17-story family housing project by Mercy Housing, providing 183 affordable units for households earning 20-80% of the area's median income. Foundation work is underway, with the project approximately 20% complete and expected to finish by summer 2026.
