This FREE resource is a small part of our the Mettle Safe Work Places program that we have been delivering since 2020. It was designed in collaboration with participants of our employment and training programs, victim-survivors of domestic & family violence.

Chelsea brings over 20 years of executive leadership across community services, corporate affairs, health and justice. With rich expertise in trauma-informed leadership, governance and commercial strategy, she has led complex service systems, built high-performing teams and driven innovative, community-led responses in the domestic & family violence sector.
This next chapter marks an exciting opportunity to scale Mettle’s mission: creating safe, sustainable pathways to employment and financial security for women impacted by domestic and family violence. We are so fortunate to have such a remarkable human leading us towards this growth.

For 7 years, we've walked alongside almost 1000 women who have faced or experienced homelessness as a result of domestic & family violence.
We have been carefully considering how we can strengthen the future of Mettle whilst enhancing the recovery care available to those we exist to support. We are SO proud to share that we have united forces with @ruahcommunityservices to amplify our impact.
We have worked closely with Ruah since our inception and have the deepest respect for their organisation and team. We feel privileged to enter this purpose driven partnership, restructuring Mettle to enable sustainable growth.
🎁 Mettle will continue to operate as you know it, under the leadership of a brilliant new CEO, who we will introduce you to this afternoon.
