Let us introduce the newest member of the Metstrade Exhibition Committee: Chris DeBoy, President of VETUS & MAXWELL MARINE INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED.
We are excited to welcome Chris to the committee and look forward to his contributions.
It starts with action 🌊
Our team joins the Clean Waters Challenge during World Boating Day 2026 with a water clean-up to support cleaner, more sustainable waterways.
Now it’s your turn:
• Take a clean water action
• Share it on social
• Use #MetstradeCleanWaters
As Tessa Meijer, Exhibition Manager, shares:
“It’s simple, it’s easy to join, and it makes an impact when we all get involved.”
Swipe to see our team in action.
This week, we walk together.
Our Metstrade team joins the Global Women’s Walk 2026, taking steps for greater inclusion in the marine industry and supporting Room to Read, helping fund education for girls at risk.
Small actions, taken together, can drive meaningful change.
Thank you to everyone who is part of this movement.
Metstrade on tour, Palma edition.
Four days in Palma de Mallorca filled with conversations, connections and new perspectives. From meetings with clients and partners to moments of shared learning, this trip brought together everything we value as a global B2B platform.
Patricia, Romi and Silvie look back on a productive and inspiring few days, shaped by openness, collaboration and the setting of a truly unique location.
Thank you to everyone we met along the way. Until next time.
Metstrade and Yachting Ventures are expanding the Startup Programme for 2026, featuring two dedicated Startup Areas and 24 startups at the heart of the show.
With prime visibility, industry connections, the DAME Design Awards, The Superyacht Forum and a live pitching event, the programme is designed to accelerate startup growth.
As Gabriella Richardson, Founder of Yachting Ventures, shares,
“Metstrade has become a key moment in the calendar for the startups we work with, and this year’s collaboration is the biggest we’ve delivered to date.”

Ahead of World Boating Day (23 May), Metstrade invites the marine industry to take action for cleaner waterways from 18–24 May and share their efforts using #MetstradeCleanWaters.
Following a canal clean-up with Plastic Whale, professionals are encouraged to get involved and contribute to cleaner waters.
As Dilan Sarac says: “The power lies not just in individual actions, but in acting together.”
World Boating Day is almost here, and so is a challenge worth joining. 🌊🚤
We’re bringing the global leisure marine community together with the launch of the Clean Waters Challenge, turning our passion for the water into real action.
Join the challenge, share your action using #MetstradeCleanWaters, and get the chance to experience Metstrade 2026 from the VIP Lounge this November.
With partners like @plasticwhale and the @oceanconservationtrust , we’re turning intent into impact, starting with World Boating Day and many initiatives to come.
Stay tuned & join the initiative.
One week to go until the Global Women’s Walk 2026.
From 11 to 18 May, the marine industry walks together worldwide. At Metstrade, supporting women in our sector and the cause behind this initiative is something we actively stand for, which is why we are proud to take part as a partner.
Every step supports Room to Read and helps create access to education for girls at risk. Our own Metstrade walk is coming soon.
At The Superyacht Forum 2025, one remark lingered long after the session ended. “HVO offers a very practical answer to greatly reducing emissions today.”
Fast forward to now, and the technology has not changed. The urgency has. HVO remains one of the most immediate ways to cut emissions, yet adoption still depends on mindset, confidence and access, not engineering.
What does it take to move from discussion to default?
