SO many talented people helped bring this Madoka cosplay to life and I do not have enough words to express how much this shoot meant to me😭🫶🏾 Being able to express my love for crochet, fashion and Madoka as a character; as well as the fact I got to work with so many amazing people including my brother (our first project together as well 🥺) is truly so so special to me!! 200 hours, 9 months and 8 hours of shooting = this masterpiece 💖

An amazing week in March teaching my 15 year old student who exceeded all my expectations!

We touched on all aspects of building a photography career and the different avenues available. He successfully created his first mood board, curated his portfolio, learned the art of lighting + creative researching, model direction and safely setting up in a photography studio. I defo taught him about HMRC cus the earlier the next gen learn about taxes, the better 🤣.
We also set up a mock meeting with @mrpaulakin where he was able to pitch himself & his portfolio. And we had the pleasure of @d_kakembo coming to share his varied creative experience!
Loved every bit of this, he left feeling so much more confident and I was soooo proud seeing his growth 🥹🙏🏾. #workexperience #learnphotography #teaching
