Dear ELDO Race Community
We have monitored on an hourly basis, the data coming from the many National, State, City and local health agencies and YOU the community we serve.
In light of the latest information regarding COVID-19, we feel it is most prudent with the community’s health at the forefront of our decision to postpone the kickoff of the ELDO Race Series.
This decision is being made out of the preponderance of caution for the well being of everyone. The Long Beach Health Department has issued guidelines concerning the size of public gatherings that are acceptable. Although we fall within those ranges currently publicized, we wish to provide additional time for professional analysis to be made about what is truly safe and of non-risk.
We will re-evaluate on a week by week basis based on the best information available at that time. We will also notify YOU as early as possible of decisions concerning upcoming race dates. We will be issuing refunds for any affected dates that may have been prepaid.
