Everything about this meet was just electric, from cheering for my own teammates or even other teams (shoutout NUPL) to competing against the best people my age in the country, this was just awesome. Every lift was clicking, bench could’ve been a bit better but I’m still happy with a platform best.
Shoutout to all my teammates on the @ritbarbellclub for all doing amazing, even if some of them don’t agree, and for screaming during my attempts. Big thank you to @slimgym88 for handling me after handling the night before. Also big thanks to my coach Luke for locking in my lifts leading into this meet. I’ll be back here 1 more time.
