Isla NEEDS a home! She’s a beautiful seven-year-old 60 pound Johnson bulldog boxer mix. 🐕 housebroken and crate trained. Knows to sit, stay, come, lay down, shake and leave it. Ask yourself some questions: “How much time can I dedicate to this?” 20-30min sessions or more - and “How many times a week can I really dedicate without complication?” Find what works best for you....Build a FEW keystone habits. Change shouldn’t happen all at once. Find an enjoyable method. You don’t just have to lift weights or run on a treadmill. Working out CAN come easy, if you enjoy your routine. Try a spin class, swim class, boxing or even a dance class. The possibilities are endless. My favorite suggestion-Don’t look for shortcuts! Finding shortcuts on the path to success isn’t the right way toward attaining TRUE SUCCESS. Baby step are key-none of us were born walking. Maintain a positive outlook and REALLY acknowledge the small changes you’ve made. We are our own worst critics. Rarely do outsiders say negative things when your making positive change- it’s usually YOU who tells yourself how awful you look OR that you CANT. 💪🏼

People adapt to the way you look with time. So when you find yourself thinking that the workouts aren’t working; remember that change takes time and if you’re doing it the right way 💪🏼 results won’t be immediate. Don’t give up! You’re on track to creating a healthy LIFESTYLE 👏 Keep Pushing yourself- whether it’s fitness related or not👏
