Shortly after my first international experience in 2020, I founded my platform in 2021 — now known as Beyond the Stage Initiative (BTSI).
@beyondthestage.initiative was born from a personal mission: to create a space where women can reconnect with their voice, their confidence, and their presence — both on stage and beyond. Built intentionally from the ground up, with purpose over appearances, BTSI has been quietly growing since becoming officially registered in 2025. Now, it’s time to step into the next phase — and I can’t wait to share what I’ve been working towards for so long.
Meaningful work is shaped through alignment, where trust, consistency, and shared standards guide everything that happens behind the scenes.
