As we get ready to switch off for the Christmas break, we want to thank everyone who has been involved with Meta4 Dance this year. From our community groups from our Desire Lines project, to our class members and partners who continue to support our work.
There's been many highs and a handful of lows, but that's what working in this industry is all about!
We hope you all have a merry and restful Christmas with your families 🎄

We worked with Better Days a number of times and love to see the ideas and enthusiasm flow.
Better Days provides a programme of energising activities for adults with conditions including autism, Down's Syndrome and cerebral palsy, who are living in Northumberland.

The two aims of our company are:

✨ To bring high-quality dance opportunities into rural locations and communities to break down locational barriers, by speaking and learning from the locals we work with.
Both directors of Meta4 Dance have lived experience with the company's aims. Therefore we believe transparency, inclusion and a welcoming environment are key to communities' involvement in contemporary dance.
