This past Tuesday 10/03/26 became one of the most important days of my life: I experienced my first ever opera premiere as a Video production manager. “Idomeneo, re di Creta”, at @lamonnaie.demunt , under the direction of #CalixtoBieito and @onofri.enrico . 11 exact years separate one photo from the other one: from a teenager passionate about opera, music and dance, to a visuals specialist standing on stage after a successful first performance. 11 years full of little consistent steps walking towards a big goal. Full of observing, learning, studying, thriving, relocating, enduring, losing, winning, creating ideas, undertaking, failing, succeeding, trying, moving… and, most importantly: believing. I’m deeply grateful to life for giving me the chance to see my, in the beginning “almost unreachable” dreams coming true. But even more, grateful to all the important people I’ve been crossing paths with to make it possible for me to be here. Life is full of magic… Recently I have been lucky to be confirmed how our dreams can come true if we strongly believe in them and work hard with focus and faith, and how what is meant to be for you, will always find you through the most fascinating and unexpected ways. Being right now on probably the happiest and most important moment in my path, I feel very blessed to be able to officially announce that I am starting a new job as a 𝗩𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗼 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗱𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗿 at 𝗟𝗮 𝗠𝗼𝗻𝗻𝗮𝗶𝗲/𝗗𝗲 𝗠𝘂𝗻𝘁 (Belgium’s national opera house) for this season. Whoever knows me can tell how much this signifies to me, not only because of the fact to finally be able to work with both of my passions on a daily basis also in my most comfortable kind of role in a project, but to see a lifetime dream being fulfilled, a lot earlier in life than I could have ever imagined. Grateful to life and its magic, it is with great motivation and thankfulness that I will be moving to Brussels very soon to start this new emotional and fulfilling life!
