These are some details of our work. You can’t see the early mornings, the testing, the roasting hours or the cupping sessions. But you can see the final result. The bags. The coffees. The details that become part of every cup.

We can pretty much sum up how we handle coffee in 3 sentences. We source from all over the world.
We roast at our roastery in Transylvania.
And then we deliver it to you, wherever you are. Find your next bag on our website.

It's a pleasure to brew this one. Brought directly from Alto Quiel, Boquete then roasted and brewed at our roastery. This is Lerida Amelia.

World of Coffee Asia 2026. Good to see old friends again and meet many new people from the coffee community. We brewed a few really nice Geishas during the event and we got a lot of great feedback. Thanks to everyone who stopped by our booth, tasted the coffees, and had a chat with us. We loved the vibe, the energy, and especially the people in Asia. Already looking forward to coming back next year.

It starts with green beans. A couple of minutes later we're left with perfectly roasted brown ones.

Peach, orange and green grapes in the cup. Panama Kotowa Las Brujas is a Gesha to remember. It is grown at 1800m in Boquete and honey processed.

If you couldn’t tell by now, we really like cupping together. It’s one of the ways we stay connected to the coffees we have and discover the ones we want to bring in. By tasting, comparing notes, and sharing opinions, we decide what truly represents us. Cupping is an important part of our process. A part that helps shape our identity, one coffee at a time.

We weren’t with @pahomidavid in Bangkok, but we were there for him. If that makes sense. When he stepped on stage, we gathered to watch him perform as if he were right there in front of us. We cheered for him, applauded him, and sent him all our energy, hoping somehow, he could feel all of it. He approached the Cup Tasting stage with confidence, and we couldn’t be prouder of him. He finished the round in 2:43 (the fastest time in the entire competition), but unfortunately missed just one cup, guessing 7 out of 8 correctly. Still, making it to the World Cup Tasters Championship is an incredible achievement, and we can’t wait to see what he does next, because this is just the start of his journey.

New in the roastery from @altieri.coffee ! This coffee is full of surprises, but Patricia already gave it a proper introduction. Stay tuned, next step is brewing it. We'll show you what makes it truly special. Altieri Alessa will soon be available as a part of our Rarities lineup.

Always roasting, always on the move, always doing our best. Because great coffee never really stands still. This is the kind of work you don’t always see, but you taste in every cup.
