Back in 2015, this 1-of-100 SCULTURA 9000 LTD had a strong claim to that title at just 4.5kg for the complete bike - and if you're lucky enough to visit MERIDA HQ in Taiwan, you can see it in the flesh, along with other important bikes from our history.
With a cost of around €20,000 in today's money and a rider weight limit of 80 kg, it was a rare machine then and is even rarer now - check out the video to get all the details.

Everesting - climbing the 8,848 m height of the tallest mountain on earth by bike - is no mean feat. It takes fitness and determination to see it through to the end - but MERIDA supported rider Lewis Brown took it to a different level.
He rode it on his local trails in the Midlands of the United Kingdom, which means there wasn't much elevation to be had. In fact, he'd have to ride the same climb a staggering 117 times to achieve his goal, all aboard his ONE-SIXTY.

Girona, Spain, has long been considered the epicentre of the European gravel scene, and the annual @thetraka event is the highlight of the racing calendar.
This was certainly very much the case for our own @runn3r_lukas and @haennnnes , who travelled to Spain to make their mark on this epic event. Taking part in two different events, the Traka 360 for Lukas and the Traka 560 for Hannes, they both experienced their fair share of ups and downs, but ultimately delivered solid performances on their custom SILEX @picobelloracingteam bikes.

Mixing it with the World’s best mountain bike freeriders: MERIDA athlete @ondraslez gained a wildcard entry to @naturalselectionbike in New Zealand, taking his ONE-SIXTY FR all the way to the main event on the huge jumps that are part of the @redbullbike freeride/slopestyle event.

In a recent aero bike test in Germany's @tour.magazin (May 2026), the test crew gathered some of the biggest names in the aero bike world, including our new REACTO ONE.
Not only did it confirm its impressive aerodynamic credentials in the wind tunnel test, but it also impressed with a long list of other attributes, such as its comfort and versatility. This led to an impressive test score of 1.9 and victory in the group shoot-out. This is another impressive result for our REACTO, further confirming its leading position in the world of aero bikes.
