They didn't tell us the 💔 that comes with growing up. We saw the joy, freedom and laughter and thought we wanted that. We spent night and day wanting what they had. We were angry we couldn't stay up late, we cried because they wouldn't let us play longer. Today we see what they saw and applaud them for carrying on the way they did. To all the adults who contributed to my growth, thank you for constantly reminding me that the present also matters.

I was listening to a message today by Pastor Myles Munroe and it was centred on consistency. He said "Motivation will get you through the door but consistency will keep you in the room". This message took me back to the lesson on the day this picture was taken. I never thought I was afraid of anything but when it was time to climb and walk to the point this picture was taken I became scared, too scared that I couldn't hide it.
I told my photographer I wasn't doing it, I asked a million questions, "do I have to take it here? Wouldn't it be beautiful somewhere else? Blah blah blah
He didn't listen to me so I did it anyway. In the course of this experience I became confident, having climbed a few times and had mastered the art of walking and standing at the centre.
Are you like me still afraid of trying, still afraid of letting go?
I have come with a simple message "be crazy enough to do it afraid." When you consistently do it afraid you will build a skin that the spirit of 'doing nothing' will be afraid of.

I did something spectacular a few days ago and I am really excited about it.
10 years ago I did something similar and over the years I had planned, thought of but never got the opportunity or the time to put it together.
when I turned a year older this year I thought it was a great opportunity to get into action.
I spoke with a friend @harkynb of mine and he was even more excited than I was.
Well because of my schedule I couldn't carry out the project in my birth month, so the 30th of May was the next possible date.
I reached out to a lot of people regarding this project but few weeks in it didn't look like I was going ahead with it.
There's something the Holy Spirit taught me in this season "God will turn anything to wine, just fill the jar."
About a week to the D Day @iplay_vgl heard about it and immediately came on board. Help me ask the heavens to bless them for me. They were the highlight of the day.
This epistle is getting long but I appreciate everyone that contributed to the success of this project.
