Across INTI, UKM, and UM, we’ve been working with students to explore how they can better navigate an AI-shaped world of work, not just by learning new tools, but by understanding how to apply them with intention. The focus has been on helping participants make sense of their own strengths, articulate them clearly, and build a more visible and credible presence as they prepare for what comes next. Their reflections offer a glimpse into this journey. Many spoke about gaining clarity in how they approach opportunities, becoming more deliberate in how they present their skills, and feeling better equipped to adapt in a fast-changing environment. Beyond technical knowledge, the shift lies in how they see themselves with greater confidence, direction, and ownership over their growth.
