I don’t fix bad work. I uncover good work that’s buried.
Most portfolios fail in the sequencing, not the images.
Order is meaning — the difference between a portfolio that lands and one that doesn’t.
Refine. Sequence. Present.

The problem isn’t your images. It’s your point of view.
Showing more work isn’t clarity — it’s avoidance.
A strong edit is intentional. Decide what stays.

Strummer’s Surgery: Protecting the Heartbeat of the Lab
I’ve been a guardian to dogs my entire life—from two Boxers and a Great Dane, to rebuilding my life in New York at 28. But everything changed after I lost my partner, Chris. My world went quiet. Completely.
It took six years before I was able to open my life to another soul.
That soul was Strummer.
Strummer didn’t just enter my life—he brought me back into it. He’s been my constant, my grounding force, and the reason I stayed present through 742 days of sobriety.
In many ways, he is the heartbeat behind everything I’ve built since. Both Chris and Strummer are the inspiration behind The MF Gallery. To honor that, I’ve committed a portion of my work to giving back—donating 10% of my Days of Punk print sales to MusiCares, and 10% of my Street Dogs Collection to the ASPCA, supporting both the music community and animals in need.
Today, Strummer needs help.
At the vet this morning, we discovered two urgent medical issues: a growth on his eyelid that requires immediate removal and a second mass that needs a deep biopsy. The total cost is estimated to be several thousand dollars upfront.
As an independent business owner, I do have insurance—but it requires me to cover the cost before reimbursement. Right now, as I’m in the middle of launching a major project, that upfront gap is something I can’t bridge alone.
Strummer has given me 10.5 years of stability, presence, and peace when I needed it most. Now I’m asking for help to give that back to him. Every contribution—no matter the size—goes directly toward his surgery and care.
Strummer saved me.
Today, I’m asking for your help to save him.

Most photographers don’t need more images. They need a stronger edit.

The Portfolio Edit Checklist is a professional tool to refine, sequence, and present portfolios for galleries, agents, and editors — built on the philosophy of The MF Gallery Manifesto: MF is the essence, FM is the broadcast. Every portfolio is a signal. Every photograph should carry weight.
(Inspired by the legacy and frequency of the 15th Master.)

I’m excited to share that I was featured in Bold Journey Magazine, where I talk about resilience, perseverance, and the journey of building @themfgallery . So much of entrepreneurship is unseen—this conversation gave me space to reflect on the challenges, lessons, and why this work matters to me.
