At MERED, we recently hosted an exclusive art activation at ICONIC Residences Design by Pininfarina, bringing together leading brokers and Emirati visual artist Faris Al-Hammadi for a unique experience inside the tower.
Set within the construction site, the session transformed the space into a live canvas where architecture and art could be experienced side by side. Guests were immersed in panoramic views of Dubai’s most iconic landmarks, including Palm Jumeirah, Bluewaters with Ain Dubai, Burj Khalifa, Burj Al Arab, and Marsa Al Arab—each serving as a source of inspiration for the artworks created on site.
Guided by Faris Al-Hammadi, participants explored live drawing and oil portraiture techniques, creating pieces that reflected the seascape and skyline from the perspective of ICONIC Residences. The experience also included a collaborative element, with guests leaving personal messages for future residents—celebrating the UAE’s resilience, opportunity, and strong sense of community.
ICONIC Residences Design by Pininfarina continues to progress steadily, now reaching approximately 130 metres in height, with construction advancing across multiple levels.
