𝗛𝗢𝗠𝗘 𝗥𝗘𝗡𝗢 𝗥𝗘𝗩𝗘𝗔𝗟! ‼️‼️After 5 months of waiting in suspense, we’re finally ready to show the magic that
@thebuildwellgroup pulled off in our rowhome in the Fishtown neighborhood of Philadelphia.
I feel so fortunate that we could give this Home the love and care it deserved and bring it new life for years to come. We did this for ourselves, but we also did it for the friends and family that fill this Home with love and laughter regularly 🥹, we did it so we could stay in a neighborhood we love, in a City that means everything to us. ♥️🔔
Everyone has their own ideas on renovations 🛠️: DIY, little by little, or staying away from them all together. For us, it made the most sense to buy an outdated Home and deal with all of its downsides for three years while we saved up to do everything at once…and I mean 𝙚𝙫𝙚𝙧𝙮𝙩𝙝𝙞𝙣𝙜!
• All new electrical, HVAC, plumbing, windows, recess lighting throughout, installation of central air
• Closed cell spray foam insulation by
@mammothsprayfoam
• Brand new kitchen and 1/2 bath addition on the main floor
• Tripled the size of primary bathroom and added a larger third bedroom
• New paint, carpet, refinished hardwood floors
• A bunch of other miscellaneous things the Home deserved!
