happy lover’s day and happy 1st birthday to my gentle, warm and steady music child “The Breeze Grew a Fire.” God kept me company through one of the most intense chapters of my life through the making of these songs… I didn’t know how to go forward some days, and it was on those days that I was most led back to the music, on those days I felt the most held by that warm light guiding a wayward me. thankful for the most pure versions of love in my life that inspired this album, thankful to my team for bringing it to fruition, and thankful to you for listening. taking this project on the road this last year has connected me to the most loving and sincere fan base I could have EVER dreamed of, honestly 🥹 my kinfolk 4L.
