I will always remember briefly attending George Washington University before enrolling at the Cornish School of Fine Arts in Seattle (1937). I met composer and friend John Cage, who turned out to be my partner in work, and life. :)

This is rainforest, a technique I use in dance, when each of the dancers performed his or her role, then left the stage and never returned.. The music doesn’t correspond with the dance, which is another one of my favorite methods. (March 09, 1968)
