What do you plan to do differently this year? One important area for young people to focus on this year is developing their soft skills. While your degrees are significant, it is often your soft skills and real-world experience that create opportunities and open doors that a degree alone cannot. As you embark on this new year, make a conscious effort to try new activities that will help build your career, enhance your skills, and increase your experience. This year, aim to grow intentionally and be bold in your pursuits!

These are not just headshots; they represent the faces of courage, growth, and purpose. Meet our Margaret Ekpo Fellows, young women who have shown up, engaged deeply, asked insightful questions, and committed themselves to becoming voices of change in their communities. From advocacy to leadership and policy-making, this cohort didn’t just complete a program; they embraced a calling to be agents of change. We are proud of you. The journey has only just begun. ✨ With support from: @ng_youthfund #MargaretEkpoFellowship #WomenInLeadership #YoungWomenRising #LagosLeaders

This event was not one where only facilitators spoke; each of the girls contributed their opinions, asked questions, and discussed the issues they had observed in their communities and possible solutions. They expressed their readiness to bring about change in their own small ways. By the end, each participant left with the right mindset and a clear understanding of how to make a difference in their school, family, and community.
