May is Mental Health Awareness Month, and in honor of it, I was invited by @lavoymoraes to the first part of a three-part series this month with Health Matters Clinic.
We had the opportunity to listen to a powerful live discussion centered around movement being one’s peace, the faith it takes to keep going, and what it truly means to pour back into yourself as we navigate through life.
Afterward, we took to the streets to walk through Inglewood together — choosing to be inspiration, encouragement, and community for one another every step of the way. ✨

May 9 – MOVE Walk/Run (Inglewood)
A community wellness run/walk centered around mental health awareness. Start your morning with movement + intention at 8AM.
May 9 – Jungle Jam Skate Party (LA)
Art, culture, food, and vibes. Pull up for an energetic skate session with a live tonic bar + community atmosphere from 2–8PM.
May 30 – Aligned: A Healing Event (Inglewood)
A powerful gathering focused on alignment, mindfulness, and healing through guided practices and conversation from 9AM–1PM.
