🎪 fortuitous circumstance brought DF & The Meanies together earlier this year and it became swiftly apparent that this couldn't just be a one night stand. we had to go back for seconds. and maybe even thirds. and now we're tagging in some of our favourite QLD bands to get in on the action; @citycouncil_ , @councilgrounds , @riot.revolver , @thefemgrems & @da_manager_ 💥
👔 now as much as rock for the sake of rock is truly excellent, the businessmen in us said "this would be a great opportunity to sell something or multiple things to the sheeple" so not only will we be touring together, we're droppin a split 7" with a couple tracks that've been dug out of the vault and hamstrung together, there's even a nifty tshirt to go with it. props to the legendary Ben Brown @mentalben for whipping these up on very short notice, this one's goin straight to the pool room 🎱

On my website now - I have a limited number of box sets of flyers from the late 80s to the mid 90s - A magnificent collection of sick and twisted handbills that we left in record stores around the city back when things were truely DIY. You get X50 flyers, all stamped with my BB logo, presented in a sturdy A4 case with a bonus sticker! I’ve only done a few… re-live the weirdness as of those magical times!!! Link is in my bio.

Stoked to be a part of Decal 2 - Opening on Wednesday night down at Bells / Torquay. Representing Manly, Brookvale and young local shaper @archer_surfboards - a fantastic collection of artists have provided cool decal art to be laminated on to recycled surfboard foam and framed for the gallery wall. This one is for sale with proceeds going to help Archer after the devastating factory fire at @rhinolaminating in Brookvale last year.

This is a drawing by my good mate Ray Ahn - He plays bass in the Hard Ons and we have been friends for about 40 years. I saw him a few weeks back and he told me he wanted to do a ‘cover version’ of a drawing I had done recently. I had drawn a wigged out-surf-zombie-stoner Roth Monster (self portrait circa 1990) wearing a Hard Ons t-shirt, and Ray wanted to kick the cultural can a bit further down the road, and do a ‘cover version’. Needless to say I was pretty stoked on the idea, and a few days later this emerged! How hilariously cool. Love ya Ray! We are off to see the Hard Ons tonight on a killer double bill with L.A. faves Redd Kross @hardonsband@reddkross@timrogersofficial
