New Brand Identity — Macaw is a coffee shop and bakery in Lansdale, Philadelphia. The founders wanted to create a space for community and meaningful time. We drew inspiration from a macaw: outspoken, social, loud, and playful —and imagined how it would be if it loved coffee, expressed through Latin American quirky colors elevated with a fresh take. Designed as a destination for modern wellness, Tease brings together adaptogenic blends, superfoods, and only the highest-quality ingredients to create drinks that support both wellbeing and indulgence. The primary logo is an editorial wordmark that feels elevated, simple, and approachable, with subtle touches of femininity. The brand symbol takes the form of an energetic wheel, expressing movement, rhythm, and vitality. Tra Amici is a Pop-up Aperitivo Bar, rooted in Italian tradition and California spirit, served with style and heart. For this identity, we designed a custom wordmark that embodies the brand’s spirit with an Italian flair—effortless, chic, and infused with a 70s color palette inspired by Italo Disco and Nonna-inspired patterns. A bold, expressive script brings a touch of Italian charm. We created a set of illustrations of a cool Nonna and a full table of people sharing good food and stories. Expanding from the logotype, we also developed a custom font for titles and the menu setting. Patterns complement the packaging and collaterals, adding warmth and personality. Seguimos sumando referentes al Máster en Gestión de Estudios Creativos + IA (MBAg). Presentamos a Laura Méndez, diseñadora gráfica y fundadora de @mentabranding Su trabajo cruza eras tipográficas del pasado con una narrativa contemporánea para crear identidades y packaging con concepto claro, un guiño de nostalgia y una experiencia táctil y análoga. Desde Menta, lidera uno de los estudios más destacados de México, con proyectos en bienestar, spirits, lifestyle, hospitalidad y slow fashion, y una mirada que busca empoderar a mujeres emprendedoras de la región. Su trabajo ha sido publicado en Behance, The Brand Identity, It’s Nice That, Mindsparkle Mag, Communication Arts y premiado en Pentawards, The Dieline y Latin American Design Awards. Entre sus proyectos: The Lost Explorer, Rare Beehive Honey, Querida Raicilla y Pomerium (imágenes del carrusel).  Su participación refuerza el enfoque del MBAg en estrategia, branding y dirección creativa aplicada al negocio.  Inicio: abril 2026.  MBAg: “No se trata de diseñar bien. For Carabuena’s range, we redefined each expression tonality, giving Reposado an agave-inspired palette, and Añejo a rich caramel color—a bold and distinctive direction in the tequila world. Together, they form a trio of good vibes, offering notes to savor and share with friends. @carabuenatequila

Carabuena is a tequila brand, artisanally made from fully grown agaves, harvested, cooked, distilled, and bottled in the heart of the Tequila Valley in Jalisco, Mexico. Inspired wordmark and monogram, refreshed Carabuena’sexican tradition that symbolizes the inherent duality of the human being: our human form and our connection to an “alter ego” animal or spirit.
